Raised floor pedestal is an indispensable solution in the construction industry.
Sloping or uneven surfaces are supported by the pedestal base for more flexible operation, it allows you to run cables, drainage, and lighting systems under the floor and keep the surface clean and beautiful. Sometimes, for various reasons, the space created can even allow a person to move under the floor.
Standard raised floor pedestal systems include a top floor and a bottom structure. The substructure consists of bases, stringers, and screws. The base and stringer are fixed with screws, and the base of the raised floor base is fixed to the ground with glue or expansion screws. After the underground structure system is installed, the floor is directly laid.
The general load-bearing is based on FS 800-1000, usually with a base of 25*1.2mm. But if the load-bearing requirements are high, you need to choose a 22*1.5mm base or a 32*1.5mm base. Correspondingly, the specifications of the stand base will also change accordingly. Then we have to choose various bases according to the actual situation.
The standard diameter of the threaded rod pipe is M 16, M 18. The standard diameters of the base tubes are 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, and also 32mm, 38mm, 48mm, etc. The standard size and thickness of the base plate are 95*95*2.0 mm, 100*100*2.5 mm, and some companies use 125*125*3.0 mm, 150*150*4.0 mm, etc.
